Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Founders Forum platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Description of Service

The Founders Forum provides a membership platform offering digital tools, templates, CRM access (GHL/GoHighLevel), hosting services, community access, and educational resources designed for startup founders. Access is granted upon purchase of a membership subscription.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform, or interfere with any other party's use. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.

Subscription & Access

Memberships are billed annually in USD. Your subscription provides access to all current platform features and tools. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

No Guarantee of Results

The Founders Forum provides tools, resources, and educational content to support your entrepreneurial journey. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue, or success. Results depend on many factors including your effort, market conditions, and business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Founders Forum and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, templates, tools, and materials provided through the platform are owned by Zero To One Studio LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal or business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access to these materials with others.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

Policy & Compliance — How Exclusive Tools Work

Some tools were purchased under lifetime agency licenses which prohibit public resale. To stay compliant, we offer them only as part of a service. Users subscribe to a service plan, and as part of that service, we configure and use the tool for them. You get a sub-account only as part of the consulting/service delivery.

Terms & Conditions

By subscribing, you agree that you may not get access to every tool due to its eligibility requirements. We don't control their offering or features. You are not allowed to share the access or data.
